With this issue of Pangaea Revisited: Unified in Purpose, Diversified in Practice - An Inner-spiritual Dialogue, we will explore why "bad" things happen to "good" people. Sometimes it is hard to understand why one baby is born to a mother in the US and is allotted the best of everything, and another baby is born to a mother in Darfur where finding the basics for survival is a daily challenge. We question: Why did I lose my job and my co-worker didn't. I am speeding along with 20 other people, but only I end up with a ticket. Am I a victim of random happenings and injustices? Am I being punished for something I did in the past?
